On July 12, the Company successfully convened the 2026 Semi-annual Work Summary Meeting. Attendees included the company’s management team, heads of all departments and workshop management backbones. The meeting comprehensively reviewed production and operational work in the first half of the year, objectively analyzed the current market landscape and development deficiencies, clarified target tasks and key measures for the second half of the year, and mobilized all staff to align thinking, consolidate responsibilities and strive hard to attain the annual business targets.

At the meeting, each department presented reports on work progress in the first half of the year. Centering on core segments including order acquisition, production delivery, quality control, cost optimization, work safety and internal administration, departments demonstrated achievements with data, confronted existing problems, also put forward improvement ideas and work plans for the second half of the year. Responsible leaders delivered comments respectively on their jurisdictions, and set rectification requirements targeting process bottlenecks and weak links in management.

Chairman Zhang Mingwei delivered the semi-annual summary speech. He fully recognized the phased results achieved by all staff amid hardships in the first half of the year, while objectively pointing out deficiencies in intensified market competition, delivery efficiency, cost control and talent team development.

The meeting defined key work priorities for the second half of the year:

1) Stay focused on business objectives, continuously expand markets, optimize customer mix, strive to secure more orders and accelerate payment collection;

2) Further advance lean production, optimize production scheduling, improve delivery capacity, strictly control product quality, and persistently push forward cost reduction and efficiency improvement;

3) Reinforce the bottom line of safety, carry out regular hazard inspections, and implement the main responsibility for work safety;

4) Improve the internal management system, streamline organizational workflows, perfect the performance appraisal mechanism, and boost training for skilled personnel;

5) Strengthen team workstyle development, enhance execution capacity, and ensure all work items are delivered with tangible outcomes.

The meeting required all management personnel to correctly assess the situation, stay confident, adopt target-oriented and result-oriented approaches, and remedy shortcomings with a more pragmatic work attitude. All departments shall strengthen coordination and break down communication barriers. All employees shall unite as one, take solid actions, fully deliver all annual tasks, drive the steady and high-quality development of the enterprise.
